I hope depression doesn't hit.

Exercise:
1 hour of walking
20 min. of dancing with a drunk dude
(he was actually pretty good, considering)

241. Not the worst.

Some of my friends and I aren't so happy about some aspects of our lives these days. I'm hoping this doesn't have an effect on my eating.

Why aren't you and I the kind of people who go on depression no-eating binges instead of eating binges? Haha. Not that that would be AT ALL healthier.
