I cried all morning, then cried some more later on after the key hole to my car fell out on the road. It wasn't a great day, to say the least, but I didn't eat the brownies or Cranberry Bliss Bar at work that were right in front of my face.
So, my number (and I don't mind posting) is 256.1. I've seen worse, but it will definitely improve in the next 6 months. My goal is to shed at least 30 lbs., and that's healthy in that amount of time, so I'm satisfied with that. I found out that my healthy range is 118 - 142 or something, so I hope to get down to 140. . . one day. It will happen.
I also came to a realization today that S. lives in a walking city. . . I have a loooot of work ahead of me!
